It’s a cross between bread pudding and French toast, with blueberries and cream cheese thrown in. Yum!
Butter a 13x9x2 pan. Spread half of the bread cubes over the bottom.
Sprinkle cream cheese cubes and blueberries over bread cubes, then add the remaining bread cubes over the top.
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the milk and syrup. Beat. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake about 25 minutes more or until topping is puffed and golden brown and a knife inserted into it comes out clean.
Serve warm with additional maple syrup, blueberry-flavored syrup, or as is.

We have this every Christmas morning. It is delish and easy to put together. Pop it in the oven while we open presents and then enjoy…..
