Description

Just like traditional oatmeal raisin cookies, except made with DELICIOUS CANDY!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1-½ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 3 cups Oats
  • 2 boxes Raisinets, Movie Theater Sized

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until well mixed.

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to wet mixture and mix well. Stir in oats and Raisinets.

Use a spoon to drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Or, if your sheets have a build up of lord-knows-what like mine, use a cookie sheet with a layer of aluminum foil. :D

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Generally, if anything is gushy (except the chocolate), they need another couple of minutes.

Cool for a minute or so on cookie sheet. Or, until friends/family/kids can wait no longer and steal them all.
