Awesome quick soup for when it’s cold outside. I found this recipe at my husband’s aunt’s house while going through her cookbooks. Thanks Susie!
In large pot, cook onion and garlic in hot oil for about 5 minutes, or until onion is tender. Stir in beans, broth, tomatoes and marjoram. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Stir in sausage and greens. Simmer for 5 minutes until greens are tender. Season with pepper if needed.
Note: You can also buy the uncooked sausage and cook it prior to making the recipe.
