A healthy alternative to your cookie craving! Just a few minor adjustments will make this recipe vegan as well.
In a bowl, mash banana with brown sugar using a fork, until the majority of the lumps are gone.
Add in the oats, flours, flax, baking soda, baking powder, flax, milk and vanilla. Stir with a fork until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips and set in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350ºF and bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 11-13 minutes.
Promptly consume.
