Delicious and simple M&M cookies that are a Christmas staple at my mom’s house.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine sugars and wet ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Stir in salt and baking soda, then mix in flour a little at a time. Fold in candies. (*Note: a large bag of M&M’s is slightly more than 2 cups, so you can either eat the extras or fold them in as well.)
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes until the edges start to brown.
Yields 5-6 dozen cookies.
