This soup is wonderful on a chilly day with a loaf of homemade bread. I chop the broccoli fine to get the grandchildren to eat it!
Directions
1. In large sauce pan place all the ingredients and simmer for about 30-45 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Stir frequently that the cheese does not stick to bottom of pot.
2. This recipe is very easy but very tasty!
3. * I suppose you could use frozen broccoli for this
