A yummy, low-calorie, and quick breakfast!
1. Whisk egg whites in a small bowl.
2. Cook eggs on a skillet over a medium-low heat.
3. You can either cut turkey slices into small pieces and mix into the egg whites or fold turkey slices on top of the cooked egg whites.
4. Slice your avocado into 3-4 slices.
5. Place avocado on top of the turkey and egg whites.
6. Lastly, add your fruit of choice. Enjoy!
Super healthy and full of protein!
