A comforting soup that comes together in a flash.
Fill a large stock pot with the water. Add all ingredients except the ham into the pot. Bring to a low boil over medium heat. Cook the soup mixture for about an hour. The veggies should start to become tender.
Add the cubed ham to the pot and continue to cook for another 30 minutes or until ham is warmed through and veggies are fork tender.
Spoon into bowls and enjoy with a big chunk of bread.
