Description

This is a basic recipe that is 10 cups dry to 1 cup liquid. You need at least 7 cups of oats, though.

Ingredients

  • 7 cups Uncooked Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Untoasted Coconut
  • 1 cup Nuts (Your Choice)
  • 1 cup Wheat Germ, Or Other Dry Stuff Like Cream Of Wheat Or Powdered Milk
  • ½ cups Oil Of Your Choice (I Use Coconut Oil)
  • ½ cups Sweetener (honey, Agave Syrup, Maple Syrup Or Molasses)
  • 1 cup Raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 250F.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Pour into two pans (preferably with sides!).
Bake for one hour, stirring occasionally. Halfway through, rotate pans.
When done, cool and add 1 cup raisins.
Store in airtight container and have for breakfast!
You can change up the recipe to be more/less sweet, etc. Throw in whatever dry ingredient looks good to you.
