These are full of flavor, and great for a breakfast treat!
1. Preheat your skillet or griddle to medium-high heat.
2. Whisk together milk, peanut butter, and egg. Whisk until the peanut butter is completely incorporated and smooth.
3. Add Bisquick mix and stir.
4. Drop onto pan and sprinkle with a couple chocolate chips, if desired (trust me, you desire them). When golden, flip and cook the other side evenly.
5. Smother with butter, and enjoy!!
