Perfect. Soft cookie dough on the inside, chocolate coated outside! No worries about eggs either…
Beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate morsels. Scoop (about 1-2 Tablespoon sized scoops) batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 2 hours (or overnight).
Melt each of the chocolates separately – in a double boiler, or in the microwave on 30 second bursts (make sure to stir between each 30 seconds). Using two forks, dip the dough balls into melted chocolate coating and return to parchment paper to dry. Once dry, drizzle the candy coated balls with melted vanilla bark. Refrigerate and enjoy.

Finally a “safe” cookie dough recipe just to eat. My son has never eaten cookie dough. I grew up eating the dough faster than my mom could put it on the cookie sheet. Thanks for sharing!
