A magical breakfast or brunch item that magically transforms after cooking.
Place a well-greased 12-inch iron skillet in a 425 degree oven for 5 minutes.
Crack eggs into a bowl and lightly whisk. Whisk in milk, flour, salt, and melted butter. Remove skillet from oven and pour mixture in.
Return to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. It will resemble a big pancake when done cooking and will fall quickly.
Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, combine desired fruit, sugar, and butter. Cook over low heat until tender. Pour onto pancake and serve. Sprinkle servings with powdered sugar if desired.
