Description

Bite-sized Sugar Cookie crumbles with chocolate chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (17.5 Oz. Size) Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ cups Melted Butter
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ¾ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ¾ cups Chopped Pecans
  • ½ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line two baking sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cookie mix, cinnamon, melted butter and egg; stir until well blended. Add oats and pecans and mix well.

Crumble mixture onto prepared baking sheets, spreading in a thin layer.

Bake 11–14 minutes, depending on how soft or crunchy you like your granola. Give it a stir once or twice during baking to break up clumps. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Once cool, mix in chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container.

Thanks! My kids LOVE it. Works great with peanut butte rcookie dough as well, and throw in some M & M’s or Reeses’ Pieces.
