A recipe from my sister. Make this at night and bake in the morning. (Prep time includes fridge time!)
Slice bread into 3/4 inch slices.
Melt together the butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Place this into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Place sliced bread on top. Do not pack them in as they will expand when you add the liquids.
Mix the eggs, milk and cinnamon together. Pour this mixture over the bread.
Cover and refrigerate over night or at least 4 hours, to absorb the milk mixture.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 – 45 minutes.

I have made this recipe for years and LOVE it! It is now one of my kids favorite weekend breakfast dishes. The Jewish bakery by my house has a killer Challah which I think is the best!
