Description

Yummy, quick, flourless peanut butter cookies. So quick & easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter, Chunky Or Creamy
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, Dark Or Light
  • 1 whole Egg, Slightly Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350.

Beat together the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg & baking soda until smooth and well blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop slightly rounded teaspoons onto UNGREASED baking sheets, leave about 2 inches between.

Bake for approx 10 minutes or more if you like crunchy cookies. Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then wire rack. (cookies will be soft coming out of the oven, let cool on the cookie sheet)

Enjoy!

Is there something missing from the receipe? I followed the receipe exactly. I baked the cookies for 12 minutes and took the cookies out. They were not done. I cooled one just in case but it definately was not done. Baked for 5 more minutes. Same thing except they tasted a little burnt. Still they did not set and completely crumbled when I tried to remove them from the parchment paper. I hate feeling this way but I feel like I wasted 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of good chocolate chips. Sorry matthewsfam. I hope others have better luck.
