Eggless cake.
Preheat the oven 350°F.
First, add the butter in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add the sugar and the almond extract, mix with the butter.
Alternate adding the all-purpose flour and the milk, mixing well.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes if making this in a cake pan; if making mini cupcakes, bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
Frost them with your favorite frosting. I used Pillsbury chocolate frosting, but the lemon one is also very scrumptious.
