Description

A perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter in a cookie!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1-¼ teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅔ cups Nutella

Preparation

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter together. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.

Add dry ingredients: flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.

Slowly stir in Nutella.

Using a tablespoon, scoop dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly brown and still soft. Enjoy with a cup of milk!

These were so good. I turned mine into sweetspots, because my husband loves the Hershey’s Kiss in the middle. I just took them out at seven minutes, plopped in the Kiss and stuck back in the oven for another minute. Perfection!

I made these yesterday. They are wonderful! I did add more Nutella and and less flour beacuse I wanted them to be super soft and the are. Thanks so much for the great recipe.
