This soup is a southern twist on the classic minestrone. What makes it southern? Well the Texas Pete hot sauce of course and the corn and lima beans. Southern all the way baby. This is a really good, easy soup to make that everyone loves.
Combine all the ingredients (except for the macaroni) in a large crockpot. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low. Add cooked macaroni 15 minutes before you are ready to serve. Serve and top with some Parmesan cheese. Perfection!
