This is a delicious and fast fix—just dump all of the ingredients in a pot and you’re good to go!
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat on medium-high until boiling, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Serves 3 to 4. Easy!
Dairy-free variation: Use soy milk, almond milk, or other milk substitute instead of regular milk. You won’t notice a difference!
