Description

This doubles as a dipping sauce as well.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • ½ teaspoons Ginger Grated (I Keep Mine Frozen, It's Easier To Grate)
  • ½ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (more If You Like Super Spicy)
  • ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients together in a small sauce pan. Heat on low until all ingredients are combined and sugar is dissolved. Let cool then pour over chicken and let marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Grill or bake chicken using your preferred method. Great for any cut of chicken.

Note: instead of a marinade, you can use this for a dipping sauce also. Continue to cook over low heat until reduced by half and thickened.
