Because when there is oatmeal the calories don’t count, right?
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
3. Add eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Mix until fully combined.
4. Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon to a large Ziploc bag (I used the gallon size). Close securely and shake until mixed. Slowly incorporate into the butter mixture.
5. Fold/stir in mini chocolate chips and cherry baking chips (if you use the mixer it will break up the chips).
6. By the tablespoonful, place on a lined baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool.
