Description

Delicious, super easy and quick Christmas cookies.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups White Sugar
  • ½ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 24 whole Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, mix together the butter and sugars till well combined. Add the oil and eggs and beat till creamy, then add vanilla.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Drop heaping tablespoons of the batter on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, unwrap the Kisses and place them in the refrigerator to keep them cold and keep them from melting too quickly.

As soon as the cookies are out of the oven, press a Kiss on top of each.
