Super easy variation with a banana twist!
In a large Ziploc bag, pour white sugar and cinnamon; shake up.
Then cut biscuits into 4 equal pieces, add to the sugar mix, and shake well until each piece is coated with the sugar mixture. Place in a pie pan.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. (If using, slice banana and add to the pan.) Melt until sugar and butter are well incorporated.
Pour over biscuits. Add chopped nuts (optional) and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let rest for about 5 minutes, then flip onto a plate. Enjoy!
This is great with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, peaches—the list goes on and on.

My husband LOVES monkey bread, but I hardly ever make it for him because, let’s face it, it’s not exactly health food! But I’ve never even thought of adding fruit- genius! Thanks for the great idea.
