Gluten-free homemade bbq sauce with ketchup, coffee, chipotle pepper, maple syrup and mesquite liquid smoke.
Combine all ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart sauce pan. Using a wooden spoon or whisk, stir until well combined. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Store in refrigerator for several weeks.
