Description

These healthy Instant Oatmeal Cookies are guaranteed to pump you with energy and provide with nutrients! Super easy to make and ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2  Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Instant Oatmeal
  • ¼ cups Sunflower Seeds
  • ¼ cups Coconut Flakes
  • ¼ cups Raisins
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

Mash bananas with a fork and set aside.

In another bowl, add oatmeal, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, raisins, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in mashed bananas and set aside for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

With a tablespoon, spoon mixture into your hands and form cookies. Arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
