Black Beans and Rice, simply delicious and ready to eat in about 20 minutes!
In a large pot, add butter and onion over medium-high heat. Cook for about 2 minutes and add rice, stirring well. Add chicken broth and seasonings; stir and bring to a boil. Stir in the black beans and turn the heat down to simmer. Cover and cook for fifteen minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro.
