First drain and rinse the chickpeas and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the parsley, onions, paprika, and cumin. Next add the lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
Drizzle the oil around the sides of the bowl and toss it into the salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill the salad and top with fresh minced garlic to serve.
(Also goes well with pitas and hummus.)
