Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• ⅔ cups Good Quality Olive Oil
• ⅓ cups Red Wine Vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• ½ teaspoons Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Oregano
• 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
• 1 package (10 Oz. Size) Good Quality Feta Cheese (optional)

Preparation Instructions

Put all ingredients except feta cheese into a jar. Cover and shake well.

Pour over salad or antipasto. Crumble feta cheese and add to the salad.

Great as a marinade, too.
