A fragrant dessert with a moist cake and delicious homemade caramel.
Simple to make, chock full of veggies and SO delicious your family will seriously scarf it! This makes a ton, so it’s perfect for freezing. Another tip: make up the whole stew without adding the tortellini, then freeze dinner-sized portions in Ziploc bags and add only the amount of frozen tortellini that you need for that bag.
This is a recipe that you must all try this fall/winter. It will warm you from the inside out. The soup is served at The Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park. The soup is rich, creamy, cheesy and the pale ale gives it an added kick!
A fantastic spicy shrimp dish that is simple and has great WOW-power. And the quinoa gives it a great boost of protein! My husband even likes it, and he doesn’t like “weird” things. Enjoy!
For those not wanting it super-spicy, limit yourself to one Serrano chili pepper. (Wear gloves while chopping. These peppers pack a punch!)

She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
