An icy cold lemony liqueur that will make you feel like you are on the Amalfi Coast. This is potent, so sip tiny! You can also drizzle it over ice cream or use it in baking recipes. The individual bottles make great gifts.

I had some farfalle and my garden was laden with zucchini, so I picked some and I chopped and fiddled and tweaked. Before long I was eating what turned out to be a pretty darn good summer pasta dish. And I was groaning. I love it when that happens.

My lovely sister-in-law, Missy, brings these little wonders to my house each Fourth of July. They’re as simple as it gets: Cream cheese-stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon. Cook ‘em. Pop ‘em in your mouth. Sing praises. Faint. They’re absolutely addictive.

A quick and delicious take on a local restaurant’s wet burritos. I could eat these weekly, if my body would let me!

My husband LOVES lentil soup, so I combined some recipes online and adjusted them so they were a lot healthier. Please season to taste!

A light and tasty brunch, lunch or dinner (and a great way to use up veggies before they go bad)!

Almost every time I’m asked to bring something sweet, I take these—and I’ve been taking them for years. One of the few cookies I make without butter. The recipe I was given calls for shortening, and I’ve never changed that. Weird. My husband claims he’s never had the same dish twice since I always mix things around. Must be a good cookie! Nothing to do with the baseball club, I just threw that in for fun.
Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
