Description

Walking Tacos are an easy way to throw dinner together on a whim with a huge impact. Kids love them, they’re easy to clean up and it’s fun to have your dinner on the go … any where!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef, Chicken Or Steak
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
  • ¼ cups Water
  • 6 bags Frito's Chips (individual Sized Bags)
  • 1 cup Lettuce, Shredded
  • 1 can Refried Beans, 16 Ounce Can
  • 1 cup Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • Salsa, For Topping (optional)

Preparation

Brown beef, chicken or steak on stove over medium heat. Once browned, add seasoning and water and stir to combine. Reduce heat and keep warm while you prepare the rest of the dish.

I love it! We used to eat these at my brother’s little league games… but we used chili and called them “Frito Boats”. I’m going to bring these back and try the Walking Taco style.

This is quick, easy, and good. My family likes to use doritos instead of Fritos sometimes.
