Turkey Cranberry Fiesta Quesadilla

Description
A flour tortilla filled with cream cheese, turkey and Ocean Spray Cranberry Fiesta Salsa.
Ingredients
- 1 whole 8" Flour Tortilla
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 2 ounces, weight Cooked Turkey Breast
- 2 Tablespoons Ocean Spray Cranberry Fiesta Salsa
Preparation
Put your tortilla on your work surface. On half of the tortilla spread the cream cheese and top with turkey and salsa. Fold tortilla in half.
Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add tortilla to skillet and cook until lightly brown on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip quesadilla and cook the other side until lightly golden.
Remove it from the skillet to a plate. Cut quesadilla in half and serve with a side of Cranberry Fiesta Salsa.
Note: I found the Ocean Spray Cranberry Fiesta Salsa at Costco.
