Sweet Potato Souffle

Description
Thanksgiving and Christmas in our family would not be the same without this dish. Please add it to your holiday menu! You will not regret it.
Ingredients
- 6 whole Sweet Potatoes
- ½ cups Sugar
- ¼ cups Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 Tablespoons Half-and-half
- Marshmallows (topping)
Preparation
Boil sweet potatoes for about 20 minutes, until soft through the middle. Let them cool, then peel the skin off.
Combine sweet potatoes with all other ingredients. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Add marshmallows for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
