Sweet Cranberry Salad

Description
This can be served with dinner or as a dessert. We always have it at Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Cranberries, Chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Red Seedless Grapes Halved
- ½ cups Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- ½ pints Whipping Cream
Preparation
Night before:
Chop cranberries in food processor or blender, and put them in a bowl. Add 1 cup of sugar to the cranberries and leave overnight in the fridge.
Next day:
Add grapes, pecans, and marshmallows to cranberries. Whip the whipping cream with a mixer until you have stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Serve!
