Description

This delectable dish will bring rave reviews when it is placed on your Christmas table. It is one of my most requested recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Cooked Rice
  • ½ pounds Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
  • ½ pounds Sea Scallops
  • ½ pounds Crab Meat, Shells Removed
  • ½ cups Chopped Red And Or Green Pepper
  • ½ whole Chopped Sweet Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoons White Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Light Cream
  • 1-½ cup Grated White Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cups Dry Breadcrumbs
  • 1 stick Unsalted Melted Butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Spoon cooked rice into a greased 9X13 baking dish. Combine next 12 ingredients (shrimp through cream) and pour over top of the rice. Top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and drizzle butter over the top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the shrimp have turned a nice pink and the dish is bubbly.

You can use just the shrimp in this dish or any combination of the three types of seafood. Very good served with a pot of greens and wax beans.
