This drink screams spring. Battle your winter time blues with this fresh, delicious martini!
Puree the strawberries in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Add heavy cream and pulse to mix. Add two shots of whipped cream vodka and pulse to mix well. Taste the cocktail. If you feel there is not enough vodka add more one shot at a time. We added 2 shots per serving!
Pour into glasses, top with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate. Enjoy!

The strawberries I used were very sweet, but I still felt like the drink was a bit sour. I also thought it should either be served in a chilled glass or you need to chill the strawberry puree before using.
