For the rosemary syrup, in a small pot combine the sugar, water, and rosemary. Bring to a boil and let the mixture boil until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool. Once cooled, strain the syrup and discard the rosemary.
In a large pitcher, combine the rosemary syrup with the lime juice and 5 cups of water. Stir until completely blended. Chill until ready to serve.
