Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Blend for about 30 seconds. If you prefer you can strain the juice to make it even smoother.
I loved this! I used frozen organic peach slices, non organic baby cut carrots, frozen banana, tap water and no added sweetener. I used plain nonfat Greek yogurt, slightly more than the recipe called for. It was delicious! And healthy! And a gorgeous color. And creamy and smooth. I’m making it again! Often!
