A delicious blend of flavors: kiwi fruit, strawberries, blueberries, and honey. A refreshing treat any time of day!
Depending on the size of your blender, you may need to make one serving at a time by dividing each of the ingredients in half.
Add the strawberries to the blender.
Add the flax seed and honey (if you like your smoothie on the sweet side, you may want to add more honey).
Add about ¼ cup of crushed ice to each serving if you would like more of a chill to your smoothie.
Add the blueberries.
Peel the kiwi fruit, cut in large pieces and add to the blender.
Add the yogurt.
Blend until smooth!
Serve immediately for a delicious and refreshing beverage!
This recipe was given to me after I received a gift of the mix one Christmas. You can create this in a smaller quantity for yourself or prepare a large quantity and package as holiday gifts. It’s very economical for those “extra” gifts and it’s tasty too! Who can resist a piping hot cup of cocoa on a chilly winter evening?
