This is just about the only way I’ll eat (or drink) white chocolate.

Last winter was the first time I have ever tried eggnog (and it was the store-bought variety). I can’t wait to make my own this season!
Side note: eggnog always conjurs up the scene in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation where Clark and Cousin Eddie are drinking eggnog out of those Bullwinkle bugs, and Cousin Eddie just dunks his whole mug in the bowl to serve himself. I need some of those mugs. Ebay…here I come!

Tigli, if you find those mugs (aren’t they Marty Moose?) — I’d like to know. I’ve been searching for them for years!

Eggnog, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways… This looks magnificent Babs! Can’t wait to whip up some after we finish off our store bought version. If you need to use up any remaining eggnog, I just posted a French toast recipe on here. though I suspect it’ll take a little while to get through the approval process before you can view it! Hope that you and yours have a Very Merry Christmas and a most joyous New Year!
