Description
A friend made me this coffee (based on a drink known as BULLETPROOF® Coffee) recently and the heavens opened up. I have no comment whatsoever on the health benefits (or lack thereof) of this coffee drink, as you can read all the different opinions online. All I can tell you is that you need to try it. Just once.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces, fluid Strong Coffee, Very Hot
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, Unrefined
- 1 Tablespoon Cold Butter (unsalted Is Recommended)
Preparation
Place all three ingredients in a blender and blend until emulsified, about 10-15 seconds (it will look like very creamy coffee). Pour into a coffee cup and enjoy immediately! (Warm it for 15 seconds in the microwave after blending if you’d like it to be very hot; blending cools it down slightly.)
