Description

It is the best bundt cake you will ever eat. And the easiest to make.

Ingredients

  • 5 whole Eggs
  • 1 package (18.25 Oz. Box) White Or Yellow Cake Mix
  • ½ cups Oil
  • 1 package (small 3.4 Oz. Package) Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 cup Half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract (Vanilla Works Fine, Too!)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.

Beat eggs well until foamy. Add all remaining ingredients, except for the cinnamon-sugar mixture and mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.

Prepare a bundt pan with spray oil and coat with the sugar-cinnamon mix. Pour batter into the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

(To get the cake out of the pan in one piece, I usually allow it to cool on a cooling rack for 3-5 minutes. Then I invert the bundt pan onto a plate to allow it to cool and for the cake to slide out using gravity’s powers for good instead of the evil it has wreaked on my waistline.)

This was a very easy cake to make and the flavor was amazing!! The cake would be great for breakfast or for dessert with coffee! I will definitely make this again!
