Description

Fun St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes! White cupcakes with lime to make them very festive.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CUPCAKES:
  • 1 whole (18 Oz. Box) White Cake Mix
  • 3 whole Eggs Or Egg Whites
  • ⅓ cups Oil
  • 1-¼ cup Water
  • 1 whole Recipe, Buttercream Frosting
  • _____
  • FOR THE JELLO:
  • 1 package Lime Jello (4 Oz. Package)
  • 1 cup Water, Boiling
  • 1 cup Water, Cold

Preparation

Mix and bake white cupcakes using the cupcake ingredients (except frosting).

After they have cooled, mix the lime jello. Poke cupcakes with a fork several times. Place them on a lined cookie sheet with an edge. Carefully pour jello over the cupcakes. Transfer them to another cookie sheet and place in the fridge. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Frost with Buttercream Frosting or your favorite frosting.

These cupcakes can easily be changed to whatever flavor you like.

They are fun and festive for any holiday.
