Description

Craving s’mores? This easy and yummy dessert lets you have them whenever you want!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Butter, Room Tempterature
  • 1-½ cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Marshmallow Topping
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13 in pan with nonstick spray.

2. In a bowl whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs. On slow speed, beat in the flour mixture, adding a little at a time.

3. Divide dough in half and spread into the pan. Top with marshmallow topping. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Scatter remaining dough on top. There will be marshmallow and chocolate chips peeking out, but that is okay!

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Take out and cool. They cut easier if they are refrigerated for a little while!

Can you make these with mini-marshmallows instead of the fluff?

Yummy, tastes a lot like a toll house cookie bar. Four starts because it was messy to make, the bottom crust is very thin and sticky to spread. I thought they would be too thin but they puffed up great.
