Description

This rich gooey pie is a MUST try!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Egg Whites
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 20 whole Crumbled Ritz Crackers (No Substitutes)
  • 1-½ cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 container (8 Oz. Container) Cool Whip

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff. Blend in sugar and add crackers, pecans and vanilla. Pour into the pie pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely and top with whipped topping of choice. Chill in the refrigerator.

I love this pie. Ever since Wyatt cafeteria closed down in Houston many years ago, I haven’t has this. So tasty and chewy. I plan to make this more often and eat it all myself!
