This is SO good! I have probably made it 5 times now… sometimes with peaches or apples instead of pears and it is amazing every time. The topping is perhaps the best part.

Yummy is all I can say! My boys even liked it and that is rare! The topping is to die for and I could eat it on just about everything!

This is absolutely delish! I think the pecans in the topping really make the difference-I love crunching into something instead of it all being kind of mushy. This is a definite keeper!

This was fabulous – a perfect ratio of filling & topping. It was a nice change, and just as delicious, from my usual oatmeal topping.

Really great recipe! It’s so refreshing with pears instead of the usual apple crisp. Used Adele’s Vanilla Bean ice cream (organic).

Take away the oohhhhh’s and aahhhhh’s sung in melody with the groans of every single member of my family as they ate this dessert warm from the oven with vanilla ice cream, the smell that permeated my kitchen as this pear crisp was cooking was nothing short of intoxicating!! A must try!

SO dang good! I actually made it with peaches, but it was amazing. The topping is scrumptious.

This was sooo good!!!
I had some pears I needed to use up when I stumbled over this recipe… and thought it was perfect to give it a try.
And I was thrilled!!! The topping is so dang good I really had to resist not to eat it raw!

Would this be any good with canned pears? Or would I have to use fresh for this to be any good?
