Peach Sour Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh Or Frozen Peach Slices (If Frozen, Thaw Almost Completely Before Using)
- ½ cups Granulated Sugar (Depending On The Sweetness Of Your Fruit, You Can Up The Sugar To 3/4 Cups If You Think It Needs It.)
- ½ cups Whole Milk
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Preparation Instructions
Place peaches in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Allow them to chill out together for a little while, stirring them occasionally. Place fruit and sugar into a blender with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Chill in refrigerator (an ice bath speeds this along), and then freeze in your ice cream maker following manufacturer’s directions. Transfer to an airtight container and store in freezer.
