Description

A refreshing blend of mint and chocolate in a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Chia Seeds
  • 1-¼ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Agave Syrup
  • ½ teaspoons Peppermint Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Mix chia seeds and almond milk together. Stir in cocoa powder, agave, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Once ready to serve, add chocolate chips and stir.
