Individual fudge brownies topped with a cream cheese Cool Whip and fresh fruit.
Mix up brownies (you’ll typically need water, eggs, and oil, as directed in mix package). Use the 2-egg versino on the box.
Spray a whoopie pie pan with nonstick spray. Place 1 large tablespoon of batter in each cavity of the pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edges as soon as they come out of the oven. Let cool 4-5 minutes in the pan, then gently remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
Beat the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until creamy. Fold in the Cool Whip gently. Top each brownie with a spoonful of topping. Arrange sliced strawberries, kiwi, and 1 blueberry on the top of each to resemble a flower. Keep refrigerated when not being eaten.
Every choc-aholic’s dream wrapped up in a gluten free ice cream cake.

She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
