Description

Martha Washingtons are chocolate covered candies with a cream, coconut and pecan filling… I make these every year they are so good and
EASY to make – no cooking and stirring forever waiting
on a thermometer…

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, fluid Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 stick Butter, At Room Temperature
  • 32 ounces, weight Bag Of Powdered Sugar
  • 14 ounces, weight Bag Of Shredded Coconut
  • 2 cups Pecans, Chopped
  • 24 ounces, weight Package Of Chocolate Almond Bark

Preparation

Cream together milk, vanilla and butter then gradually add powdered sugar. Then fold in coconut and pecans. Roll into 1″ balls and chill.

Meanwhile melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate and place onto wax paper to cool.
